There are several high impact sports, like rugby, where the
potential for injury is extremely high. In those incidences when the
risks of injury are very apparent and yet out of choice an individual
continues to play. Then there will be injuries. There will nevertheless
come a time when the pain becomes too great or structures are close to
irreversible consequences, that it must stop.
Setting aside those, there are still many individuals coping with
injuries that are constantly reoccurring, despite efforts to address
the cause and allowing the body to recover.
Generally, for that to happen, structurally, there must be some
form of imbalance in the way the body moves.
